Eligibility, available proceeds, interest rates, and fees depend on the people on title, the home, the program, and the lender’s requirements at the time of an application. A figure shown on this website is an illustration. It is not a guarantee of proceeds, a rate lock, or an offer of credit.
A reverse mortgage does not remove the homeowner’s duties. You remain responsible for property taxes, homeowners insurance, maintenance, any homeowners association dues, and the other obligations of the loan and of the program. Failing to meet those obligations can put the loan in default. You keep title. The loan is generally repaid when the home is sold, when it is no longer the principal residence, or when another maturity event in the loan documents occurs.
Program names on this website, including FHA-insured Home Equity Conversion Mortgages, proprietary reverse mortgages, reverse mortgage seconds, and purchase loans, describe different products. Not every product is available to every homeowner, and not every product uses the same age, payment, or eligibility rules.

Messages are about that request. They are not discount offers, limited-time promotions, or unsolicited marketing.
SMS consent is optional. It is not a condition of buying a product, receiving an estimate, receiving an educational answer, booking a conversation, or receiving any other service. You may submit a form, ask a question, or request information without agreeing to text messages. Entering a phone number, or submitting a form, is not by itself an opt-in to this program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This website does not describe a chat widget as the method of SMS consent. Consent is collected only through a separate, optional opt-in that you choose.
6. Privacy and Personal Information
