Enrollment Coming Soon

Proposed credential: Certified Reverse Mortgage Advisor (CRMA). This credential name and acronym are provisional pending trademark clearance. Neither designation has been legally cleared, and neither is a government, HUD, FHA, or NMLS credential.

Who the Academy is for

Reverse Mortgage Coach Academy is for mortgage professionals who originate or support reverse mortgage files, and for anyone else who wants advanced reverse mortgage literacy. That can include real estate agents, financial professionals, adult children helping a parent, and students preparing for a reverse-mortgage-focused practice.

Provide affordable, rigorous, practical reverse mortgage education and knowledge-based professional certification to mortgage professionals and anyone seeking advanced reverse mortgage knowledge. Jay Zayer, CRMP, built the curriculum around the questions that actually stall files: leftover cash after liens, property charges, counseling timing, and product choice.
