Proposed credential: Certified Reverse Mortgage Advisor (CRMA). This credential name and acronym are provisional pending trademark clearance. Neither designation has been legally cleared, and neither is a government, HUD, FHA, or NMLS credential.

What the directory is intended to be

When credential issuance begins, Reverse Mortgage Coach Academy plans a searchable listing of people who hold active Certified Reverse Mortgage Advisor status. Listing is planned as part of the $99 annual renewal after the first year. See continuing education.

A directory listing would mean the person completed the Academy knowledge program and kept active status. It would not mean the Academy verified their mortgage license, errors-and-omissions coverage, or lender overlays on a given day.

What it is not

Not a HUD-approved counselor list. Use HUD's counselor lookup for HECM counseling.
Not NMLS Consumer Access. Check NMLS for license status.
Not an endorsement of any specific loan, rate, or lender.
Not live in Phase 1. There are no profiles to search yet.
